The Employment Front, LLC sets forth to build a better world in the workplace

Atlanta, Ga., March 23, 2010: Veteran human resources executive Betty McKenzie Moore has started The Employment Front, LLC, to help businesses build a better world in the workplace.

Recently retired after more than 32 years at ADP, one of the world’s largest providers of outsourcing solutions for businesses, Moore has extensive experience in HR management and training, payroll, civil rights and employment law compliance. She was an integral leader in ADP’s internal human resources department, as well as a noted educational partner to many of the company’s major clients, including some of the nation’s largest businesses.

Specializing in workplace solutions, The Employment Front helps enhance employer-employee relationships by assisting in the creation of workplaces that promote inclusion and high-performing, cohesive teams.

The human resource and management firm provides:

  • Cost-effective, results-oriented training on management and human resource topics
  • Confidential and expeditious consulting in resolving workplace issues
  • Professional one-on-one executive/management coaching for maximum performance

Companies often waste time and money in costly litigation, fighting to mitigate the damages of employment-related issues. The Employment Front takes a proactive approach, assisting clients in resolving employment issues before they become costly problems, thereby facilitating the investment of time and resources in employee development.

The Employment Front’s mission of service emanates from Moore’s leadership in her industry and community. Moore is the President of the Atlanta Industry Liaison Group, Vice President of the Georgia Committee on the Employment of People with Disabilities, a Board Member of the National Industry Liaison Group and is active in mentoring youth.  She also has participated on the Georgia State University’s Directors Roundtable, which developed and designed the school’s human resource degree curriculum.

She is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including the U.S. Department of Labor-OFCCP Southeast Region’s Honor Roll for Disability Awareness and Racial/Sexual Harassment Prevention.

Moore holds a bachelor’s in education from Louisiana State University and has several human resource certifications, including Certified Professional Coach. Because of her extensive background, she has been a frequent speaker for organizations throughout the Southeast, including the American Payroll Association (APA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
